Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your pincode.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by pincode (flat ₹49, or live Delhivery rates when enabled). We currently ship across India only.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we add the tracking number to your order — you can see it any time on the Track Order page.

Because kits contain paints and plaster figurines, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement of the affected items.

Unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is borne by the customer.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — just write to us with your order number.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 without adult supervision.

Colours are water-based and non-toxic but are not edible. Keep away from eyes and mouth.

By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are able to enter into a purchase.

Prices, availability and offers can change at any time. We will always honour the price shown when your order was confirmed.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.

Every payment is verified server-side with a cryptographic signature before an order is marked as paid.

All artwork, packaging designs, photography and text on this site belong to Rangaroo and may not be reused without written permission.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, email, phone number and delivery address.

We also record anonymous usage events so we can improve the shopping experience.

We never sell your data. Order information is shared with our courier partner and payment gateway solely to deliver your order.

Transactional emails (order confirmation, payment and tracking updates) are sent to the email address on your order.

You can update the email used for order notifications at any time from your account.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by writing to us.
